Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to manage and grow our business within Kano and the Northern region. The role involves promoting our medical equipment portfolio, engaging healthcare providers, and ensuring consistent sales performance in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within Kano and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical consultations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure smooth product installations and after-sales service.
- Keep accurate records of customer data, update CRM systems, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and healthcare networking events.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related Sciences.
- Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years’ sales/marketing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kano.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Prior knowledge of medical or laboratory equipment will be an added advantage.
