Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos Mainland. This role requires experience in selling medical equipment, with a specific focus on laboratory or hospital equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales within their designated territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Drive and grow sales within the Lagos Mainland territory.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and laboratory professionals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of medical equipment.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed both monthly and annual sales targets while increasing product visibility in the market.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to engage potential clients.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in medical technology and products.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a particular focus on laboratory or hospital equipment or experience with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of building strong client relationships, achieving sales goals, and understanding client needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
