Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Medical Sales Representative to join our Lagos Mainland team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Zenrox Healthcare’s medical equipment and supplies to teaching hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and healthcare facilities within the Lagos Mainland territory. You will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue targets while building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospital administrators, procurement managers, and medical professionals in the Lagos Mainland territory
- Achieve monthly sales targets (₦5-7M monthly) by promoting Zenrox Healthcare’s comprehensive medical equipment portfolio
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Focus on key teaching hospitals and major medical centers in Ikeja, Surulere, and surrounding areas
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the medical equipment industry
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports through the company’s CRM system
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Participate in healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
- Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving team targets and strategic objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-2 years of sales experience (healthcare or medical sales experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Lagos Mainland territory
