Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos Island. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling medical equipment, with a focus on laboratory or hospital equipment. This role involves managing sales in your designated territory, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Drive and expand sales in the Lagos Island territory.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and laboratory professionals.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, providing in-depth information on medical equipment.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, while enhancing product visibility in the market.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry products.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, particularly in laboratory or hospital equipment or with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to establish long-lasting client relationships, meet sales goals, and adapt to client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
