Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Office-based)
Salary: ₦180,000 Base + OTE up to ₦380,000/month
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Role Summary

The Corporate/Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, HMOs, and institutional partnerships. This individual will design and implement effective sales strategies, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of the healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close corporate clients and institutional partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve set revenue targets.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent client service delivery.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities, pipeline performance, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate sales, business development, or related functions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other digital platforms.
  • Lagos-based and able to resume immediately.
